A lovely idea...

Nothing very exciting has been happening, I don't seem to have had much time to discover many lovely things lately. Luckily, my friend showed me this website at the weekend....

The idea behind it is to "take a picture of a picture, from the past, in the present".

It's a great idea if you're retracing the steps of a relative in the past.

Or for remembering fun times from your youth!

Or when visiting an exciting place for a second time.

Most of the photographs that have been posted also have a bit of a story or explanation about their significance. It's a lovely idea!

Next time I'm at my parent's house I will definitely be going through the old albums and looking for some photos to use to create my own.
